Bringing Up Xiao Zhuang

Lesson 1 - Develop her independence
~ allow her to speak up her idea, do not just postpone consideration, but rather to explain why the idea is sound or unsound, expecting some disagreement

Lesson 2 - Develop her Mental Strength
~ get her to focus on what she does, set conducive conditions to ensure success.
~ get her to achieve high standards, get into details and depth
~ strengthen her perseverance, to strive in order to reach her targets

Lesson 3 - Develop her Positive Character
~ emphasis on building character over acquiring knowledge
~ build up positivity in outlook of life, willingness to try and persevere
~ demanding discipline coupled with love on her character & virtues
~ help her develop great life goals
~ do these through daily interaction with her (not talk only)
