Xiao Zhuang's Little Notes

It was pouring outside so heavily that mommy decided not to send you to Marymount Kindergarten by school bus. When both of you reached the school in a taxi, mommy was concerned whether you will cry when she needed to leave. Much to her surprise, you were so eager to join the singing during the assembly and you were quick to send mommy away or else "the teacher will scold you" as parents are not supposed to be in school. You lightened up mommy so much by your independence and apparent joy of going to school that she called me immediately to share this with me.

My girl, look how independent and confident you have grown!
