Mommy was telling you that sometimes adults, including daddies and mommies, will scold children in order to teach the children some important lessons, but it was for their own good. You pondered a little and replied childishly that "When I grow up, I also can scold daddy & mommy..."
That's not exactly the lesson to be taught, but it goes to show that you are thinking...
